摘要
对某矿低品位菱锰矿进行了细粒高梯度强磁选—浮选及高梯度强磁选—酸浸试验。结果表明,强磁选—浮选法不能获得理想的选别指标。对该矿石进行强磁选抛出部分尾矿后,在酸浸温度为80℃、酸浸时间为4 h、液固比为5的条件下进行浸出试验,锰的浸出率可达92.2%,锰的总回收率可达62%以上。
High gradient magnetic separation-flotation tests and high gradient magnetic separation- acid leaching tests were carried out on a low grade rhodochrosite ore. The results showed that through high gradient magnetic separation-flotation tests cannot get ideal index. Manganese leaching rate of 92.2% could achieved by acid leaching experiments with leaching temperature of 80 ℃, four hours length of time for leaching, S/L ratio of 5 through dealing with concentrate of magnetic separation.
