摘要
采用L型管道对两种系列的膏体料浆进行了流变性能试验,结果表明,L型管道能够定性地研究膏体输送的流变特性,但也有部分试验结果与普遍认同的观点不符。根据不同配比料浆允许自流输送的最大充填倍线,结合矿山充填管道布置,推荐了满足自流输送要求的充填配比。
The rheological properties of two series of paste slurry are researched by L-type pipeline. According to the research results, the theological properities of paste can be analyzed qualitatively by L- type pipeline, however, some research results are not consistent to the universal point of view. The per- fect backfill blending ratio is proposed in line with the maximum stowing gradient that is allowed to gravity transport and the layout of the backfill pipeline in mine.
