摘要
寒战是机体自我保护的一种应激反应,在椎管内麻醉中常见。椎管内麻醉后寒战是临床上麻醉后的一种不良反应,寒战不但给患者带来严重的心理压力,而且给手术后康复带来不利影响。本文根据所查阅文献及经验对于椎管内麻醉后寒战的影响因素及治疗措施进行综述。
Shivering was a self-protective stress reaction of the body and common seen in intravertebral anesthesia. Shivering in-duced by intravertebral anesthesia was an adverse reaction, resulting in severe psychological pressure to the patients and being unhelp-ful to the recovery. This paper summarized the influencing factors and treatment measures of shivering induced by intravertebral anes-thesia based on the documents and experiences.
