癫痫患者的心理和康复护理

Psychological nursing and rehabilitation nursing for patients with epilepsy

目的:探讨癫痫患者心理和康复护理要点,为今后的护理工作提供参考依据。方法:抽取在2010年7月-2013年7月间收治的临床确诊癫痫患者86例,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上展开心理和康复护理,并对两组进行对比分析。结果:观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),患者及其家属对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:合理的心理和康复护理有利于提高癫痫患者的临床疗效和护理满意度,值得推广。

ObjectiveTo explore key points of psychological nursing and rehabilitation nursing for epilepsy patients in order toprovide a reliable reference basis for the future of the nursing. Methods：86 patients with clinically diagnosed epilepsy from July 2010to July 2013 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group. The cases in control group were given theconventional nursing care, whereas those in observation group were given the psychological nursing and rehabilitation nursing based onthe conventional nursing care. The efficiencies of the two groups were compared. Results： The efficiency of observation group was betterthan that of control group （P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction of the patients and their families to the nursing work of observation group washigher than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The reasonable psychological nursing and rehabilitation nursing can improvethe clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction, and is worth y of promotion.
