宿主p53基因第4外显子72位密码子多态性(Pro/Arg)与HPV16感染的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究宿主p53基因密码子72多态性(Pro/Arg)在HPV16感染者和正常健康人群中的分布情况。方法采用 TaqMan SNP Genotyping Assays 方法进行 p53基因密码子72(Pro/Arg)多态性分析。结果 p53基因密码子72(Pro/Arg)突变的基因型和等位基因频率在HPV16感染组和对照组中差异无统计学意义(P=0.30和P=0.88)。不同遗传模型分析显示,p53基因密码子72(Pro/Arg)多态性在HPV16感染组和对照组中差异无统计学意义(P 0.12~0.88)。结论本研究未发现宿主p53基因密码子72(Pro/Arg)多态性与HPV16感染相关,结合其他报道数据,推测该突变可能在宫颈正常细胞向癌症细胞转化中起到重要作用。 Objective To investigate association study of host p53 gene codon 72 polymorphism (Pro/Arg) with HPV 16 infection. Methods p53 gene codon 72 polymorphism(Pro/Arg) was genotyped by TaqMan SNP Genotyping Assays. Results The frequency of genotype and allele of codon 72(Pro/Arg) was not statistically significant(P=0.30 and P=0.88) between HPV16 infectious and control group. Different genetic model analysis showed that the polymorphism had no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.12 to 0.88). Conclusion This study observe that host p53 gene codon 72 polymorphism(Pro/Arg) is not associated with HPV16 infection, but might play an important role in transformation of normal cells to cervical cancer cells.
