细胞外信号调节激酶5在前列腺癌中的研究进展

摘要 前列腺癌是男性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,病死率较高,关于前列腺癌的发病机制尚未完全明确。细胞外信号调节激酶5是丝裂原活化蛋白激酶家族中研究相对较少的一条通路,但其已经被证明在癌症的发病中起着重要的作用,其对前列腺癌的生长发生、病理分期、预后以及转移侵袭都有影响。本文就细胞外信号调节激酶5在前列腺癌的研究进展及其与前列腺癌的关系作一综述。 Prostate cancer has the highest incidence of male malignant tumor, and there is a high mortality rate. The pathogenesis of prostate cancer is not entirely clear. Extracellular signal regulated kinase 5 (ERK5) is a member of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs), which has been proved to play an essential role in tumorigenesis, and correlated with development, pathological stage, prognosis, and metastasis in prostate cancer. The research progress and clinical implication prospect of ERK5 in prostate cancer are reviewed in this article.
