摘要
多系统萎缩是一种散发的神经系统变性疾病,在疾病早期,与帕金森氏病、进行性核上性眼肌麻痹等难以鉴别。弥散成像技术是一种发展较快、应用广泛的功能影像方法。本文基于国内外该技术的研究现状,归纳其在多系统萎缩鉴别诊断中的应用。
Multiple system atrophy (MSA) is a sporadic neurodegenerative disorder. The clinical differential diagnosis between MSA and Parkinson's disease or progressive supranuclear palsy is difficult in their early stages. Diffusion imaging technology is a rapid developed, widely used functional imaging methods. The application of this technique in the differential diagnosis of multiple system atrophy will be summarized in this paper.
