摘要 全身热疗具有促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤血管新生和转移倾向,增强免疫系统的功能,对放、化疗曾敏等作用。全身热疗治疗方法较为特殊,需要在短时间内升高患者的体温,达到41±0.5℃,还要恒温120min,在这种高热的环境下,有可能对患者的正常组织造成热损伤。而构建和认真执行全身热疗设备操作规程和热疗实施流程,制定缜密的全身热疗实施方案,对降低热治疗中高温对正常机体的损伤,减少患者的不适感,提高全身热疗完成率和治疗有效率有重要帮助。 WBH promotes the apoptosis of tumor cell, inhibition of tumor angiogenesis and metastasis, enhances the function of the immune system; increase the effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The treatment of whole body hyperthermia is special. It needs for a short period of time in patients with elevated body temperature to 41℃±0. 5℃. And have to constant temperature for 120 minutes. In this high temperature environment, can cause thermal damage to normal tissues of patients. The construction and imple- ment of the operation procedure of whole body hyperthermia and the implementation process, formulate a meticulous implementation plan, to reduce the hyperthermia temperature on normal body damage and reduce patient discomfort, improve the whole body hyperther- mia completion rate and the effective rate of the treatment.
