摘要 针对高功率微波(HPM)扫雷装置和远距离雷达探测系统对现代地雷构成的严重威胁,为提高地雷抗强电磁干扰毁伤和防远距离雷达探测能力,设计了兼具电磁屏蔽与电磁隐身功能的新型复合材料地雷壳体。该雷体采用注塑工艺,用不锈钢纤维(SSF)填充导电工程塑料制备地雷壳体的电磁屏蔽内层,用羰基铁粉吸收剂制备电磁吸波外层。通过超宽带电磁脉冲(UWB-EMP)辐照效应、合成孔径雷达(SAR)模拟探雷和磁模拟等实验表明,该雷体不影响地雷引信正常工作,具有良好的电磁屏蔽和较好的电磁隐身性能。 HPM mine sweeper and long range radar detection system threaten modern mines seriously.In order to promote landmine's capabilities of against strong electromagnetic interference damage and long range radar de-tecting,a new kind of landmine shell with composite material was designed,which had both electromagnetic shielding and electromagnetic stealth function.Inner electromagnetic shielding layer of landmine shell was pre-pared by using SSF to fill engineering plastic,and electromagnetic absorbing layer was prepared by using car-bonyl iron powder.Experiments of radiation effect of UWB-EMP,simulative landmine detection by SAR and magnetic simulation are conducted.The results showed the shells made with composite material had good elec-tromagnetic shielding and stealth effect,and almost had no influence on landmine fuze.
