Social Economic Transformation and Changes of Intergenerational Relations

我国目前处于社会经济转型期,代际交换的社会化程度加深,养老经济支持能力和保障水平提高,养老者的受教育程度和妇女的社会经济地位也不断提高。但是父母对家庭的控制力下降,人口外流一定程度拉大了亲子在地理和社会上的差距,代际支持行为逐渐理性化,种种因素使得我国家庭代际关系受到了前所未有的冲击。经济转型使得代际关系更加复杂,代际之间的差异、冲突和互惠可能是多方力量作用下的表现。

During the period of economic transition, socialization of intergenerational exchange deepens. The level of old-age support ability and old-age security rises, and so do the education and woman＇s social and economic status. However, parents＇ control over family decreases and population outflow enlarges the geographical and social distance between parents and children to some extent, which gradually makes the intergenerational support rational. All these have affected the intergenerational relation of the family greatly and the economic transformation makes it more complicated. The differences, conflict and reciprocity of intergenerational relationship may be the results of the interaction of multilateral forces.
