摘要
探讨甘蔗制糖中糖品还原糖测定过程的数据规律性,能快速、准确地确定糖品还原糖检测时的理想滴定体积数及其应配制的糖样液浓度,能有效提高糖品还原糖分的检测操作效率。对低还原糖分样品的检出作了简要说明,根据样品特性,有效变动检测过程,更有利于对样品检测效率和检测结果准确度的提高。
Sugar sample were tested to rapidly, accurately confirm ideal titration volume amount and concentration of reducing sugar detection in cane sugar manufacture, and the detection effect and accuracy of reducing sugar were increased.
