摘要
本文通过两种结晶器铜管的对比分析得出:连续锥度比单锥度结晶器铜管使用寿命提高40％,热交换效率提高27.3％,并且节约结晶器用水量和提高铸坯质量。
In this paper, continuous - taper capper tube of mould is compared with single - taper one. It is shown that the life of continuous - taper copper tube of mould is higher 40% , the efficiency of heat excharge higher 27.3 % than single - taper one. Moreover, the water comsumption is decreased and the quality of billet is improved.
