摘要
研究了苯甲酸催化加氢合成环己基甲酸的工艺,考察了不同催化剂、溶剂、反应温度和压力等对反应的影响.结果表明,以碳纤维负载型钯基催化剂(PdACF)、硅藻土负载的镍锡银金属为助剂、环己基甲酸为溶剂,反应温度在130~150℃、压力2.5~3.5 MPa时,反应转化率高达99.9%,环己基甲酸的选择性达99.5%.该方法可有效抑制副产物的生成,提高产品收率.
The effects of reaction conditions on the catalytic hydrogenation of benzoic acid to cyclohexanecarboxylic acid including catalysts, solvent, reaction temperature and pressure were investigated. The results indicated that Pd/ACF and Ni/Sn/Ag metal auxiliary catalyst exhibited higher activity. When the reaction proceeded in the conditions of 130 ~150 ℃ and 2.5 ~3.5 MPa, the conversion of benzoic acid reached 99.9% with 99.5% selectivity of cyclohexanecarboxylic acid. The catalysts efficiently inhibit the side reaction and increase the yield of product.
