摘要
目的提高临床科室对后勤支持系统的满意度。方法 QC小组活动。结果临床科室对后勤支持系统的满意度从活动前的87.96%提高到活动后的93.23%,达到了活动目标。后勤支持系统主动服务意识提高,为临床科室提供了较满意的服务。
Objective To improve the satisfaction of clinical departments on logistics support system. Method QC group activities. Result The satisfaction of clinical departments on logistics support system increased from 87.96% to 93.23% after the event, reaching the target. The active service consciousness increased after using the logistics support system, which provided sat- isfaction service for clinical departments.
