摘要
目的了解医院简易门诊设置现状。方法对北京、上海、重庆、成都4地的22所军地医院的简易门诊设置现状进行调查。结果绝大部分医院均设立了简易门诊,简易门诊患者等候时间较短;但各医院门诊接诊量差异较大,且对患者的关注程度不同。同时,简易门诊的去留也出现了异动。结论简易门诊的的需求内核在于综合性与集约性。作为一种全科初级形式,简易门诊应进一步向全科新模式发展。"全科门诊+门诊联合会诊中心"是一种适宜的借鉴模式。
Objective To investigate the setting conditions of simple outpatient clinic in hospitals. Method The setting condi- tions of simple outpatient clinics were investigated in 22 military hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, and Chengdu. Result Majority of the hospitals had set up simple clinics. In simple outpatient clinics, waiting time was shorter; however, the amount of outpatient admissions were quite different among hospitals, and it had different degree of concern for patients. Furthermore, the fate of simple outpatient clinics would be diversity. Conclusion Demand kernel of the simple outpatient clinics is comprehensive and in- tensive characteristic. As a primary form of general department, simple outpatient clinic should be further developed to a new gener- al clinic model. "General outpatient clinic combining with consultation center" would be a good reference model.
