猪增生性肠炎PCR诊断方法的建立及临床样品检测 被引量:5

摘要 为了掌握广东省猪增生性肠炎流行情况,采用试验建立的特异性PCR检测方法,对采集自广东不同地区、不同日龄的577份猪粪便样品进行猪增生性肠炎的流行状况调查。结果显示,广东省猪增生性肠炎的总体阳性率为16.29%(94/577),不同日龄猪的阳性率检测结果为0~28日龄8.6%(3/35),29日龄~60日龄为11.90%(20/168),61日龄~90日龄为25.48%,(53/208),91日龄~120日龄为10.57%(13/123),121日龄~150日龄为27.77%(5/18),151日龄~180日龄为阴性;不同地区猪群的阳性率为惠州20.95%(13/78),广州10.86%(5/46),清远17.24%(15/87),云浮18.68%(17/91),肇庆16.67%(13/78),佛山11.23%(10/89),江门14.81%(12/81)。结果证明,广东省各地猪场猪增生性肠炎带茵感染较为普遍,不同日龄猪的感染率存在一定差异,应加强对该病的防控工作。 To research the epidemicology of the pig proliferative enteropathy(PPE) in different parts of Guangdong and at different ages of pig. In our paper, a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was designed to diagnose PPE. The prevalence of PPE was confirmed as 16.29% in pigs in Guangdong. The infective rate was 8.6%,11.90%, 25.48%, 0. 57%,27. 77% and 0% in pigs of different ages at 0-35, 29-60, 61-90, 90- 120, 121-150 d and 151-180 d, respectively. Meanwhile it was 20. 95%, 10. 86%, 17. 24%, 18. 68X, 16.67%, 11.2 3%, 14.81% in different parts Huizhou, Guangzhou, Qingyuan, Yunfu, Zhaoqing, Foshan and Jiangmen. This present investigation demonstrated that the disease was high herd prevalence in Guangdong, which offers important information for diagnosis and controlling of the disease.
