摘要 蜜蜂是全球范围内最重要的授粉昆虫,具有重要的经济价值和生态价值。研究表明,蜜蜂肠道内栖息着大量微生物,这些微生物具有包括提供营养、抵抗病原菌侵袭等多种功能,与蜂群健康密切相关,这方面的研究成果有望用于提高蜂群的免疫力和蜂病防治。论文从蜜蜂肠道微生物的菌群组成、影响其组成的因素、研究方法以及应用现状等方面做了综述,以期为蜜蜂肠道微生物的进一步研究和利用提供参考。 As a pollinator, the honeybee remains the most important one for most crops worldwide with high economical and ecological values. Studies showed that a large and varied microbial community inhabited in the honeybee gut. Such communities contribute to honey bee nutrition,pathogen defense, and overall health, which could be exploited to actively counteract bee pathogens and parasites or to enhance immunity,and thus indirectly to increase the protection of honeybees' health. A review about the composition of gut communities in honeybees, its influencing factors and identification methods was here presented. More- over,its application in recent years was also discussed,hoping to provide some references for a further study of gut microbiota in honeybees.
