摘要
选取旋转变压器作为位置传感器,提出了开关磁阻电机定子相顺序短时导通,以检测旋转变压器零位信号的一种起动策略。通过实时监测电机的转向,修正起动转向错误时的起动通电逻辑。电机起动过程中,采用电流斩波控制方式,避免起动转矩突变和起动电流过大。实验证明该起动策略简单易行,运行可靠,实现了加装有旋转变压器的开关磁阻电机在任意初始位置下的无反转平稳起动,提高了开关磁阻电机的伺服控制性能。
Choosing resolver as the position sensor, a new control strategy for starting switched reluctance motor (SRM) was proposed in this paper. The experiment was designed of switching on the stator sequential- ly to test the zero pulse of the resolver. Through monitoring the steering in real time, starting current logic was fixed when the steering was wrong. In the process of starting operation, the excited phase was controlled by current chopping mode, which avoided the torque ripple and over current. Verified by the experiment, the proposed method has the high feasibility, and realizes the smooth start of SRM without reversing at any position. Meanwhile the start strategy also achieves the high precision servo performance for SRM.
