摘要
中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化公司新建600 kt·a-1乙烯装置碳二加氢单元首次开工时采用德国南方化学公司开发的OLEMAX 252催化剂,催化剂在低温充压过程中多次发生飞温现象,运行过程中对CO非常敏感,经常伴随热点出现,控制不好会引发连锁停车,为碳二加氢单元的平稳运行带来巨大困难。针对上述情况,通过改进反应器热电偶排布及结构、充压流程、稳定裂解炉操作和优化反应器进料等一系列措施成功消除了异常现象,使碳二加氢单元的运行趋于平稳。
C2 Hydrogenation unit of new-buih 600 kt a-1 ethylene plant in Daqing Petrochemical Com- pany of PetroChina used OLEMAX 252 catalyst developed by Stid-Chemie in the first start-up. However, in the low temperature pressurized course ,the temperature of the catalyst was runaway for many times. In the running process, the catalyst was very sensitive to CO, and abnormal hotspot which could lead to shut- ting down of the reactor always appeared. The situation above would have the great adverse effects on the stable operation of C2 hydrogenation unit. The abnormal phenomena was eliminated successfully and C2 hydrogenation unit ran stably by adopting the measures of transforming thermocouple configuration and the pressurized process, improving the operation of the cracking furnace and the reactor feed.
