PBX装药侵彻混凝土过载力学特性的仿真研究

摘要 应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA仿真软件对PBX(高聚物粘接炸药)传爆药和弹丸的材料特性及参数进行了分析。研究结果表明:通过锥形弹体冲击靶板进行仿真分析,所得的PBX装药侵彻后弹丸内部传爆药的轴向压缩量、密度变化以及损伤演化与实测值的变化趋势基本一致,可为同类弹药侵彻混凝土过载特性的研究提供参考。 The material characteristics and parameters of PBX(polymer bonding explosive) booster and projectile were analyzed by ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation software. The research results showed that the simulation analysis could provide reference for overload characteristics research of same kinds of projectiles after penetrating into concrete because the variation trends between simulation values and testing values of some properties[such as axial compression, density change and damage evolution for internal booster of projectile] of PBX' s charge after penetration were basically consistent via the conical projectile impact on the target plate was analysed by numerical simulation.
