Fenton氧化法和光助Fenton氧化法处理DNT废水

摘要 采用Fenton氧化和光助Fenton氧化对经过电解后DNT生产废水处理进行研究,考查了FeSO4浓度、H2O2浓度、pH、反应时间等因素对处理过程的影响规律。结果表明,光助Fenton和Fenton相比,光助Fenton的COD、二硝基苯去除率均高于单独Fenton氧化技术,各个因素对二者去除率影响趋势基本相同,FeSO4·7H2O浓度和废水pH值都存在最佳值,分别为FeSO4·7H2O200mg/L和pH 2;COD去除率随着H2O2浓度增大而增大;当H2O2浓度为3mL/L、反应时间为1h,Fenton氧化工艺COD去除率为47.76%,DNT去除率为78.08%;光助Fenton氧化工艺COD去除率为52.87%,DNT去除率为78.15%;。UV-Fenton处理成本远远高于Fenton反应。 Fenton process and photo-Fenton process were employed to treat the after electrolysis DNT wastewater. The effects of FeSO4 dosage, H202 dosage, pH, reaction time were investigated. Compared with the Fenton reaction alone, the degradation efficiency of COD and dinitrotoluene was enhanced by Photo- Fenton reaction. All factors showed al- most the same effecting trend on both process, and the same optimizing craft conditions are: pH = 2, FeSO4 · 7H2O = 200mg/L. COD removal efficiency of the wastewater increased with the rise of H2O2 dosage. Under the conditions with n202= 3mL /L and reaction time lh, COD removal efficiency of Fenton process was about 47.76%, and DNT removal efficiency of Fenton was about 78.08%, while in the photo-Fenton process were 52.87% and 78.15%. The cost of Photo-Fenton treatment is much higher than that of Fenton reaction.
