Three process types of air separation plants with air recycling process or nitrogen recycling process were introduced. Through calculation, advantages and disadvantages of the air recycling single pump process, air recycling dual pump process and nitrogen recycling single pump process were analyzed. It＇s pointed out that the suitable process should be selected based on the product specification.
