历史文物古迹保护区外围空间高度控制初探——以西安曲江新区为例

HEIGHT CONTROL ON THE OUTER SPACE OF URBAN HISTORIC HERITAGE PROTECTION AREA: A CASE STUDY OF QUJIANG NEW DISTRICT OF XI'AN

在满足历史文物古迹保护区基本高度控制要求前提下,如何进一步对更大城市范围提出能够适宜量化的高度控制,从而形成良好的整体高度秩序,并妥善处理古迹保护与社会经济发展的关系,是历史文化环境保护中遇到的重要问题之一。文章以西安曲江新区为例,通过对历史古迹、视觉环境、城市形态、自然生态、地貌条件、土地区位和交通流量等多种因子的综合分析,提出了对著名古迹大雁塔外围城市环境高度控制的研究方案,以视线分析等为重点探讨了历史文物古迹外围空间高度控制的量化途径。

It is one of the major concerns m the protection of historic and cultural environment to create an overall height order and to handle the relation between historic site protection and social economic development while meeting the precondition of basic height control in historic heritage protection area. Taking Qujiang New District of Xi＇an as an example, the paper gives a comprehensive analysis on various factors such as historic site, visual environment, urban morphology, ecological environment, geomorphological condition, land location and traffic flow, etc., on the basis of which it proposes some research schemes on the outer urban environment height control of the well-known Big Goose Pagoda. Besides, the paper also explores the quantitative approaches to height control on the outer space of historic sites from perspective of visual line analysis.
