历史保护规划中的展示利用思路初探

A PRELIMINARY EXPLORATION OF IDEAS OF EXHIBITION AND UTILIZATION IN HISTORICAL CONSERVATION PLANNING

历史保护规划是一类以历史价值特色的保护和传承为导向的专项规划,而对于展示利用的探讨已成为历史保护规划编制中不可或缺的工作内容之一。有鉴于此,论文首先提出了展示利用的基本原则,然后结合具体的历史保护规划项目,依循"框架确立—体系建构—分期实施"的基本操作脉络,系统地探讨了不同阶段下展示利用规划的思路和方法、特点和要求,以期为类似的规划工作提供一定的借鉴和参照。

Historical conservation planning is a kind of specific planning, which is oriented toward the conservation and heritage of the historical value and characteristics. In the planning process, discussion on exhibition and usage has become one of the indispensable job duties. On this account, this paper first of all comes up with the fundamental principles of the exhibition and usage. Then based on specific projects of historical conservation planning, which followed the basic operation venation of ＂Frame-Establishment - System-Construction - Phased Implementation,＂ it systematically discusses the ideas, methods, featuresand demands in exhibition and usage planning at different stages, in the hope of providing references for similar planning practices.
