摘要 面对"十二五"时期城镇化与城市发展的重大需求和发展趋势,智慧城市作为一种先进的城市发展理念受到广泛的关注。智慧出行作为智慧城市的重要组成,能够为降低城市交通出行量与优化出行时空分布提供有效行为规划对策,为优化城市规划与交通规划理论与方法提供有效技术支撑。面向居民、聚焦出行,本文探讨了基于时空行为研究的城市居民智慧出行思路框架,从交通需求预测与交通规划、公共政策、城市规划等多角度分析了面向智慧出行的规划与政策途径,并提出了基于时空间行为分析的个性化信息发布、智慧化决策支持、个人行为规划等居民服务应用方向。 In view of the trend and demands brought by the rapid urbanization and urban development during the 12th Five-Year Plan, smart city, as an advanced concept of urban planning and development strategy, attracts wide attention. As an essential part of smart city planning and management, smart travel offers an effective behavior planning countermeasures to reduce the time of urban traffic travel and optimize the space-time distribution of travel and provides effective techniques to optimize urban planning and transportation planning. This paper carries out a smart travel application framework based on space- time behavior research. And from the perspective of traffic demand forecast and transportation planning, public policy and urban planning, the paper demonstrates the planning implementation of smart travel to optimize the urban space and the structure of urban residents' travel. Finally, we aim to guide residents to travel intelligently through personalizedtravel information announcement, intelligent decision support and individual behavior planning services.
