本文通过学会与其他科技实体的比较研究,提出了学会的组织发展目标是系统地促进科技进步,组织发展活力源于同行集聚,组织兴旺发达则在于志愿者立志的愿景,从根本上解决了科学学会存在和发展的问题,为深入研究学会的功能,进一步推动学会的改革提出了一种新的理论框架。

This article made a comparative study of learned society and other sci-tech entities, concluded mat the development goal of learned society is to promote scientific and technological progress systematically, the agglomeration of peers detemine the development vitality of learned society, and the volunteers＇ vision will bring prosperity to leamed society. Through the analysis, the problems and the development of learned society can be fundamentally solved, a new theoretical framework of further research on the function and reformation of learned society is presented as well.
