摘要
为实现北京市建设项目审批过程中的基础数据、业务数据的共享,以北京市规划委、北京市国土局为例,按照分建共享的原则,提出基于WebService服务的空间数据共享模式,建立相关数据库,并在规划和国土业务系统中得到应用。
In this paper, it describes how to share the spatial data and shows the building results between department of Beijing land planning and management.
