摘要
以硝酸锌、醋酸锌、氢氧化钠、氨水等为原料合成了尺寸、形貌均匀的花状纳米氧化锌与棒状纳米氧化锌,用XRD、扫描电镜等分析方法对其进行了表征。通过设计热力学循环,结合溶解量热仪测得的数据,计算得到花状纳米氧化锌的标准摩尔生成焓为(-332.646±2.52)kJ/mol,棒状纳米氧化锌标准摩尔生成焓为(-330.57±5.69)kJ/mol。
Using zinc nitrate, zinc acetate, sodium hydroxide and ammonia as raw material to syn thesize nanometer zinc oxide in two different types of configuration. Using XRD and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to analyze its characterization. By designing thermodynamic cycle, and combining it with the measured data, the present researchers get the results: the standard molar formation enthalpy for one nano ZnO is(--332. 646± 2.52) kJ/mol, and the other nano ZnO standard molar formation enthalpy is (--330.57±5.69)kJ/mol.
