摘要
传动系统中,可移动物体的定位可采用位置方式实现。但采用位置方式实现定位的首要因素是准确确定可移动物体的机械原点。提出了一种可行的确定可移动物体的机械原点方法。为提高系统工作效率,首先使可移动物体快速回原点,然后为准确扑捉机械原点,使可移动物体慢速爬行离开原点,在此行进过程中利用机械原点限位开关常闭点的上升沿产生外部中断,在中断程序中及时捕捉机械原点位置,即可获得系统的机械原点。通过系统调试,系统定位很准确,此方法可行。
In the transmission system, the position method is usually adopted to realize the localization of objects. And the principal requirement is the accurate determination of the mechanical origin of mobile objects. In this paper, a feasible method of the object mechanical origin is put forward. First, this method can move the object fast back to the origin for improving the system efficiency. Then the object crawls away from the origin to create conditions for catching the mechanical origin accurately. External interrupt is produced in rising of mechanical origin Limit switch NC when the crawling process, the mechanical origin position is captured timely in the interrupt routine. Therefore the mechanical origin of the system can be ob- tained. Through the system debugging, the positioning system is very accurate, which proves that this method is feasible.
