扬州市餐厨废弃物管理对策探讨

结合目前国内一些餐厨废弃物管理比较成功的城市的管理模式和经验,在分析扬州市餐厨废弃物管理现状的基础上,从细化有关餐厨废弃物管理制度、确定餐厨废弃物管理模式、规划建设餐厨废弃物处理企业、取缔非法经营餐厨废弃物企业以及营造餐厨废弃物规范化处理的氛围等方面,阐述了扬州市餐厨废弃物规范化管理过程中应采取的方法和措施。

Combining current domestic successful kitchen waste management mode and experience from some cities, Yangzhou kitchen waste management countermeasure has been drawn up on the base of analysis of Yangzhou kitchen waste management status. On the side of detailing the relevant management systems on kitchen waste, determining the kitchen waste management mode, planning and constructing kitchen waste enterprises, prohibiting the illegal processing kitchen waste enterprises, creating the standardized treatment atmosphere about kitchen waste and so on, the measure that should be taken in the course of standardized management of kitchen waste in Yangzhou was expounded.
