摘要
浮法玻璃生产中所使用的燃料及原料中都含有硫,使窑炉排出的烟气中含有大量的SO2。烟气通过钠碱式半干法脱硫后产生的粉状固体废弃物中含有与玻璃原料相同的成分。以某浮法玻璃企业的案例说明了如何使用脱硫废弃物作为部分原料,并分析了产生的经济效益和环境效益。
Both fuel and raw materials used in float glass production contain sulphur which makes of the SO2 in furnace flue gas. The solid waste powder produced by the waste gas treatment system which uses NaOH contains same composition as glass-producing raw materials. This article shows how one float glass company benefited from using the desulphurization dust as raw material.
