有限元模拟在连铸坯直装及热装中的应用

摘要 以SS400钢种为例,采用有限元模拟方法分析了迁钢公司2250热连轧生产线紧凑型布局下连铸坯直装及热装下的温度云图,并结合实际测量进行了校验。结果表明,直装情况下连铸坯经切割后到达加热炉人口实际约需15min,此时连铸坯心部温度为830—864℃、表面温度为779—803℃,连铸坯心部和表面均基本处在γ+α仅两相区内,应予以避免;热装情况下连铸坯倒坯堆冷时间应不低于2.8h,以保证连铸坯心部温度低于700℃,完成γ→α旺相变。 In this paper, the temperature field of DHCR and HCR slab of SS400 was calculated by FEM simulation for 2250 production line of Shougang Qiangang which was built with The result showed that for DHCR slab, it took about 15 rain from cutting to the compact layout. entrance of the furnace, and the core and surface temperature of slab was about 830-864℃ and 779 - 803 ℃ respectively, which were both located in γ+α phase field and should be avoided. In hot charging case, the stacking time should be more than 2.8 h to ensure that the core temperature of slab was below 700 ℃ and the α phase transition has been completed.
