PGRP和Cecropin基因在家蚕中肠和脂肪体中的免疫模式研究 被引量:4

摘要 家蚕是一类重要的经济昆虫,也是鳞翅目昆虫免疫研究中的代表物种。研究家蚕的免疫可以为蚕病防治提供理论依据和可利用资源。利用革兰氏阳性细菌金黄色葡萄球菌和真菌白色念珠菌对家蚕进行免疫刺激,发现金黄色葡萄球菌可以上调家蚕中肠和脂肪体中PGRP基因的转录水平,也可以上调中肠中Cecropin的转录水平;而白色念珠菌只上调脂肪体中Cecropin的转录水平。该结果说明PGRP可以响应革兰氏阳性细菌引起的免疫反应,对革兰氏阳性真菌没有免疫反应;而Cecropin在昆虫不同的组织对细菌和真菌的刺激反应不同。 Silkworm (Bombyx mori),as an important economic insect,is the representative species in studies on Lepidoptera insect immunity whose findings can provide theory basis and available resources for silkworm disease prevention.In this experiment,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were used to stimulate B.mori.It was found that the transcriptional level of gene PGRP was up-regulated in midgut and fatbody after the injection of Staphylococcus aureus; meanwhile,the transcriptional level of Cecropin was also increased in midgut.Candida albicans just enhanced the transcriptional level of Cecropin in fatbody.The results indicated that Cecropin has various responses to bacteria and fungi in different tissues,while PGRP could only respond to the stimulus of gram-positive bacteria rather than the gram-positive fungi in this study.
