摘要
为明确抗病细菌在皂荚体内的分布及其抑菌活性,采用组织分离法从皂荚树中分离筛选出12株有拮抗效果的内生细菌,并通过过滤灭菌处理和高温灭菌处理2种方法对其代谢产物进行分析,选出ZJ4、ZJ7两株潜在生防菌,并对其抗菌谱进行了测定。结果显示,ZJ4、ZJ7经高温灭菌处理后抑菌活性明显下降,推测其可能代谢产生对热敏感的蛋白酶类,而且对不同病原菌的抑制作用表现出一定的选择性,对链格孢属的番茄早疫病菌和梨黑斑病菌效果较好。
In order to explore the distribution and antibacterial activity of endogenous antagonistic bacteria from Gleditsia sinensis Lam,12 strains of endogenous bacteria were isolated by tissue separation.Their metabolites were analyzed by autoclaving and filtration.ZJ4 and ZJ7 strains were screened out and their anti-pathogen spectrums were tests.The results showed that:inhibitory activity of ZJ4 and ZJ7 decreased with autoclaving method,indicating that they may me tabolize proteases which are sensitive to heat.Moreover,they showed selectivity to different pathogens,and had remarkable inhibitory activities against Alternaria solani and Alternaria alternata.
