摘要
建构主义理论被认为是目前最具前景的学习理论,在建构主义背景下,传统的教师角色已经不能适应新的课堂教学的要求。建构主义的许多理念与我国新课程改革倡导的理念有着很大程度的一致性,我们有理由探寻一种好的、值得倡导的教师角色理念。本文对基于建构主义的教师角色进行了探析,教师应当扮演意义建构的引导者和帮助者、学习共同体的组织者和协作者、知识的产婆以及学术顾问四种角色。通过对教师角色的重新定位,以期教师能在课堂中发挥积极的主导作用。
The Theory of Constructivism is considered to be the most promising learning theory. Under the background of constructivism, the traditional teacher's role has already can not adapt to the requirements of the new classroom teaching. Many concepts of constructivism and the idea of new curriculum reform in our country has a large degree of consistency, We have reasons to search for a good, worth advocating the concept of teacher's role. In this paper, the teacher's role has been analyzed based on the constructivism .The teacher should play four types of roles: the guider and helper of meaning construction; the organizer and collaborator of the learning community; the midwife of knowledge; academic adviser .Through the relocation of the teachers' role, we have reasons to believe that the teacher can play a positive role in the classroom.
