摘要
德国古典唯心主义哲学家费希特在以"自我"为中心的知识学体系基础上,对大学的本质、学术自由及大学教师的使命等高等教育思想进行详细阐述。他认为,大学作为人类智慧不断延续下去而设置的机构,以"学术自由"为其存在的内在本质,以教师和学生作为其重要的组成部分。而教师的重要使命在于:神圣理念的传承者、学科知识的传播者和道德风向的引导者,这些高等教育理念一直成为世界各国高等教育的有益借鉴。
