摘要
由于基本职业素养培养的长期性、艰巨性、全面性,本文指出在高职院校构建基本职业素养课程体系的必要性。为此,高职教师应树立"大职业素养课程观",在课程教学中关注基本职业素养共核。基本职业素养课程体系包括思想基础模块、身心健康模块、职场基础模块、职场拓展模块、职业素养实践模块、自选助推模块。其课程开发思想应借鉴"全人教育"理念;突出层递性和互助性;打造尖端课程。相应的课程开发原则有"意识先导"原则、"活动"原则、"与时俱进"原则、"垂范"原则。
Abstract:The paper points out the necessity of establishing curriculum system for vocational college students' basic professional quality for its long-time education, hard work and all-roundness. Therefore, teachers in vocation colleges should hold "wide curricu- lum outlook of professional quality" and emphasize basic professional quality in teaching. Curriculum system for basic professional quality includes ideology module, physical and mental health module, basic module for workplace, expansion module for workplace, practice module and optional module. Its development ideas should learn from philosophy of holistic education, highlight orderly tie- ring and self-support, and make challenging courses. Meanwhile, its developing principles contain principles of " consciousness first", "activities-oriented", "keeping pace with times" and "setting role models".
