浅析高职院校顶岗实习存在的问题与对策——基于过程管理理论

Analysis of Problems and Countermeasure to Process Management of Post Internship in Higher Vocational Colleges

顶岗实习是高职教育的一大特色,也是学院对学生管理的重点和难点。本文分析了高职院校顶岗实习存在的问题,如:实习前期工作准备不充分、实习期间监管缺失以及实习后期信息反馈整理不完善等,借鉴管理学中的过程管理理论,提出相应的解决对策。

Abstract： Post internship is a major characteristic of higher vocational education, which is the keystone and difficulty of the col- lege student management. This paper analyzes the process management problems of vocational college internships, such as insuffi- cient preparation before post internship, insufficient monitoring during post internship and insufficient information after post internship, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the process management theory .
