摘要 本文通过熔融共混方法制备高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/竹粉/复合材料,研究了偶联剂和润滑剂对复合材料的Payne效应和似固体行为的影响。结果表明,铝钛复合偶联剂含量对竹塑复合材料G’及G’’应变依赖性并没有多大影响;对竹塑复合材料体系内部微结构产生影响。随着铝钛复合偶联剂含量的变大,低频区G’对频率的依赖性慢慢变大,第二平台现象慢慢变得不明显。此外铝钛复合偶联剂含量的变化还影响G’及tanδ的值,但对η*及G’’的影响不大。润滑剂的加入对竹塑复合材料Payne效应敏感性没有太大影响。 Abstract:This article studies the influence of coupling and lubrication agent on Payne effect and pseudo solid-like behavior of composites by melting blending method to prepare HDPE/bamboo powder composites. The results shows that aluminates coupling a- gent has few effects on strain dependence of bamboo composites, but some effects on its inter microstructure. As coupling agent content increases, G'in low frequency region is more dependent on frequency, and the changes of second platform becomes not obvious. Besides, the change of coupling agent content also influences G'and tan δ, but has few influences on η * and G: The addition of lubrication has few influences on the sensitivity of Payne effect of bamboo composites.
