高校公寓辅导员工作的现实困境及路径选择

选拔和配备辅导员进驻学生公寓是近年来高校加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要抓手。目前,公寓辅导员工作普遍存在着职责范围不明、专业化程度不高、职业发展前景模糊等诸多问题,严重阻碍了公寓辅导员队伍的稳定发展和公寓思想政治教育的有效实施。推动公寓辅导员的职业化、专业化是解决问题的关键。具体地讲,就是对于公寓辅导员要做到明确职业规范,强化职业素养,完善发展机制。

To select and allocate counselors for students＇ dormitory is an important project in colleges and universities during recent years in order to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education on campus. At present, various problems have emerged generally in the work of dormitory counselors, such as the ill-defined responsibility range, the low degree of specialization and the dimming outlook of the this career, all of which pose a severe hinderance to the stable development of dormitory counselor contingent and the effective practice of the ideological and political education. The key point to solve those problems lies in the pushing-forward of the professionalization and specialization of those counselors. More specifically, emphasis should be put on the clarification of the professional rules, enhancement of the professionalism and the perfection of development system.
