Countermeasures on Enhancing Employability of Poor College Students

基于高校贫困生的就业问题,探讨了如何提升贫困学生的就业力的途径。高校要不断健全贫困生资助体系,拓展实践平台,加强就业辅导,培养贫困生综合技能,以提升其择业竞争力;贫困生自身要树立忧患意识,发展自立自助能力;党和政府要从制度层面优化就业环境,促进贫困生的职业选择与发展。

This paper,discussing the employment situation of poor college students,explores the ways of enhancing their employability. Colleges and universities should improve the aiding system for poor students gradually,establish practice platform,strengthen employment services,cultivate their comprehensive and enforce its competition. Poor students should establish the sense of hardship and foster ability of self-dependence and self-help. The Party and the government should optimize the employment environment at institution level and pro-mote the occupation choice and development of poor students.
