形体训练与塑造高职女生职业形象之探讨

Exploration of Shaping Training and Establishment of Career Image of Female Students of Higher Vocational Colleges

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和质性访谈法,以南京工业职业技术学院12级形体俱乐部150名学生为研究对象,从形象塑造对职业女性工作的影响研究入手,阐述职业形象塑造对高职女生的重要性,并分析其运动特点。针对形体俱乐部学生教学现状进行调查,设计形体训练内容;对学生参与形体训练后的收获进行调查分析,进而从实际教学出发提出相应建议。

This paper,adopting the methods of literature review,questionnaire and qualitative research,studies 150 students in the Sha-ping Club of NIIT and beginning with influence of image-building on careers of female employers,expounded the significance of career image-building to female students and analyzes its characteristics. This paper conducted a survey on the current situation of shaping teaching,and proposed a system of teaching content. It also made an analysis of the outcome of shaping training,and suggested some pro-posals for teaching.
