高职教育工科人才培养目标和定位的研究与实践

Study and practice of objective and orientation of engineering talents training of higher vocational education

为了提高高职教育的教育教学质量,针对高职教育改革和发展中存在的人才培养目标和定位不准确的问题进行了研究和实践.以水利工程专业为例,提出了工科类专业"懂设计、精施工、会管理"的人才培养目标和定位,并探讨了实现人才培养的目标和定位的路径.

In order to improve teaching quality of higher vocational education, this paper carries out study and practice of problems existing in reform and development of higher vocational education such as inaccuracy of training objective and orientation. Taking hydraulic engineering specialty as an example, this paper puts forward objective and orientation of engineering talents training which focus on being skillful in design, construction and management, and discusses the way of implementation.
