摘要
为了在江苏省建设系统内部构建一个生态和谐的绿色教育系统,构建江苏建设绿色教育培训系统运行蓝图,提出了江苏省建设系统培训需求分析的基础性工作,阐述了培训分析的3层次模型.按照此模型,对江苏省建设系统进行了组织层面、任务层面及人员层面的需求分析,从而为江苏省建设系统的培训需求提供理论依据.
In order to build a harmonious and green education system and establish operaion blueprint of green edcation and train system train diagram in construction system of Jiangsu Province, this paper puts forward basic work of training demand analysis and expounds 3-level model of training analysis. Based on this model, this paper carries out analysis on construction system in Jiangsu Province from organization level, task level and staff level so as to afford theoretical basis to training demand of construction system in Jiangsu Province.
