开放大学"全网络在线"教学模式下的课程教学流程中,教师工作范围与内容、工作职责与能力要求都发生了变化。课程负责人和课程导师要做好"虚拟"班级教学工作,应注重学科知识、管理知识的积累与应用;转变教学理念,提升教学设计与实施、教育技术、教学管理等能力;加快教学内容与信息技术的深度融合。相应的,有效实施"全网络在线"教学模式下的课程教学流程,必须创新与改革开放大学的管理体制和运行机制。

In the teaching process of ＂full online＂ teaching model in Open University, the range and content of teachers＇job, job function and capability have a change. Course managers and course supervisers should make the virtual class teaching smoothly, focus on the accumulation and application of discipline knowledge and management knowledge, transform teaching idea, promote the abilities of teaching design and implement, educational technology, teaching management, speed up the profound integration of teaching content and information technology. Accordingly, the effective implement of teaching process under the model of ＂full online＂ must be based on the innovation and reform of management system and operation mechanism in Open University.
