摘要
通过对冷拔管力学性能不合格品 (伸长率 δ5低 ,屈服点 σs不明显 )的检验分析 ,认为 ,该管力学性能不合格主要是退火温度低或退火温度虽适宜但退火时间过短造成。完善了退火工艺 ,解决了力学性能不合格的问题。
Cold drawn seamless steel pipes with poor mechanical properties, i.e., low elongation and no obvious yield point, were analysed by metallographic examination. The results showed that this was caused by lower annealing temperature and/or insufficient holding time. The annealing processing was modified accordingly to improve the mechanical properties of steel pipe.
