摘要
材料为 30 Cr Mn Si Ni2 A的一螺栓在正常装配预紧时断裂。经化学分析、宏微观检验 ,认为 ,螺栓的断裂系氢脆所致。
A 30CrMnSiNi2A bolt fractured during assembly. The failed bolt was analyzed by chemical analysis and microstructure examination and the results showed that the fracture of the bolt was mainly due to hydrogen embrittlement.
