摘要
柔性铰链机构被认为是实现精密位移传动的重要途径。对一种由柔性铰链和单级杠杆放大机构构成的位移系统建立了动力学模型,并使用有限元方法对模型进行了初步验证,通过冲量振动激励分析了其衰减振荡的特点及影响其稳定性的因素。结果显示,增大阻尼比和提高固有频率是减少柔性铰链回稳时间的有效方法,该结果为最终实现工程实际应用提供了理论依据。
Flexible hinge has been considered as a good way to realize high precision displace-ment transmission. Introduces a classic precision displacement system model which is assembled by flexible hinge and single lever amplification mechanism,establishes the dynamic modal and verified the validity via the finite element method,analysis its stability factors and the vibration response of the system briefly through impulse motivation. The analysis shows that increasing of the damping ra-tio and natural frequency is an effective way to reduce the setting time. It provides a theoretical meth-od for the final engineering application.
