党的十八大和习近平一系列重要讲话精神为新时期加强青少年法制教育指明了方向。新时期的青少年法制教育要增强紧迫性,明确总体要求和实施步骤,强化综合保障措施建设,不断推进青少年法制教育。

The spirits of China Communist Party’s Eighteenth Congress and a series of important speechesaddressed by Xi Jinping have provided a clear direction for strengthening legal education on teenagers in the new era. That is, the urgency of further strengthening legal education on teenagers should be enhanced; the overall requirements and implementation steps should be explicitly clarified; the construction of comprehensive security measures should be intensified;and the legal education on teenagers should be steadily and constantly promoted.
