As the fifth largest city basic services, wireless city has developed rapidly under the attention of the government and operators. This paper expounds the development trend of wireless city from the aspects of technology, application and patterns and it also analyzes the challenge for the wireless city development and sums up the thinking of the healthy development of wireless city construction.
